'Crust & Garnish Pizzeria' started with an ambitious goal: to introduce original Neapolitan pizza to Milan. The Rossi family, who founded our pizza shop in 1985, began with a modest family-operated venue, employing recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered pizza crafting during her journey throughout Italy, mentored by expert pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was conceived. After her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of legitimate Italian pizza, sticking with age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
From our humble beginnings with just 12 seats, we've become a cherished pillar in the community, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. Our wood-fired oven traditions persist, our dough is prepared fresh each day, and we continue to seek out premium ingredients for our pizzas.
Now, 'Crust & Garnish Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi's next generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted new advancements, our core philosophy endures: to serve delectable, original pizzas that unite friends and family.
